At Searchelo, we stand behind the quality of our service. Our primary goal is to help your brand achieve visibility in Google Autosuggest.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@searchelo.com or via Telegram @searchelo.
- Refunds will be processed based on the performance of your campaign and the terms agreed upon at the start of service.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund will not be issued in the following cases:
- Campaigns where autosuggest keywords have successfully ranked.
- Campaigns that are paused or modified by the user during the initial ranking timeframe.
- Services that have already been rendered or are actively in progress.
4. Process
To request a refund, please contact us via Telegram @searchelo or email support@searchelo.com. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
