Terms and the promise

Advertiser accounts are for business use by people able to form a binding contract (generally 18 or older). You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You provide accurate information and keep it current.

Accounts are created by self-registration as an advertiser. There is no public path to create an administrator account.

A slot is an intent pool. It is shown either as an event (time-bound, with a start date and an expiry) or as an audience (evergreen, no expiry). Each slot is described by its intent and audience only.

There are two ways to acquire a slot:

• Audience slot (instant): reserve now at a per-click rate at or above the floor rate.
• Event slot (auction): an ascending per-click (CPC) auction with a bidding window. The highest CPC standing when bidding closes wins and pays that rate per click. Bids are funds-backed and cannot be withdrawn before close.

A live slot is exclusive to one advertiser while they are actively spending. When the balance runs dry or the advertiser stops, the slot frees up for others.

Advertisers prepay a balance of available funds in US dollars. The minimum to fund a balance is $50.00.

Reserving a slot, or placing or raising an auction bid, holds a committed budget from your available funds (escrow). Held budget shows as committed. Delivered clicks draw down the held budget at your per-click rate. You are never charged beyond your balance.

You may stop a campaign at any time, but the committed budget is not refunded; it stays reserved for that campaign. Committed funds return to your available balance only when an administrator rejects a slot at review (full budget) or an auction bid loses (full budget).

Unspent available balance that has not been committed remains as account credit toward future campaigns. It is not returned to a card or external account.

A reserved or won slot is pending for up to 24 hours. It does not go live until an administrator approves it, which is when the traffic source is confirmed or launched.

Slots we cannot deliver are rejected, and the committed budget for a rejected slot returns to your available balance automatically.

Every delivered click routes through our redirect. We log the click (including country, device, and browser), set the referrer policy to no-referrer, and then forward the visitor to your destination. Your click identifier is appended to the destination while preserving your existing query parameters, so affiliate links arrive intact.

Conversions are recorded through a postback that you fire. Your dashboard shows clicks, geography, device, and conversions per slot. We report delivery in good faith but do not guarantee click volume, conversions, or any downstream result.

You fund your prepaid balance using the payment methods Searchelo makes available. Top-ups are currently arranged manually with our team and credited to your balance once received. Card payments (via Stripe) and cryptocurrency are planned and will be offered as those rails come online.

All amounts are in US dollars. Balance is credit toward marketplace activity, not a deposit held on your behalf.

You warrant that your offer, your destination, and your advertising are lawful and properly licensed in every jurisdiction you target. You are solely responsible for your destination content, your claims, and your regulatory compliance, including any rules that apply to gambling, betting, iGaming, or cryptocurrency where relevant.

You will not direct traffic to content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

We may reject, suspend, or remove any slot or campaign that we reasonably believe violates these terms or applicable law. Where we reject a slot, its committed budget returns to your available balance.

What we sell is exclusive access plus delivered real organic-search clicks. We do not guarantee conversions, deposits, sales, or any specific volume or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Searchelo is not liable for lost profits or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the marketplace.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the marketplace after a change means you accept the updated terms.
